Industry Development Manager / Senior Manager - Interconnection & Advanced Packaging Program

As an Industry Development Manager/Senior Manager, you will be expected to

• Spearheads industry development activities that are consistent with the programme's strategy
• Achieve the industry revenue targets
• Identifies potential business opportunities, develop business plans and pursue prospective industry partners to bring them to fruition
• Proactively engages and builds key industry customer relationships
• Manage contract negotiations and closes business deals
• Maintains extensive, in-depth knowledge of both commercially-available competing technologies and the in-house technological developments
• Provide vital, up-to-date market feedback to the R&D teams

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a strong engineering background coupled with R & D and marketing experience in the area of advanced packaging technologies
• Ability to pick up the company's technologies in a short time is essential
• Candidates should be up to date with R&D landscape and industry trends in the areas of Through Silicon Via, Embedded Wafer Level Packaging, Silicon Interposer, etc.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player with ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
